חשוב לנו שכל רכישה תהיה ברורה, שקופה ונוחה. כאן תמצאו את תנאי המשלוח, ביטול העסקה והחזרת מוצרים בישראל.

משלוחים ואיסוף בישראל

ניתן לבחור איסוף עצמי מרמת גן, משלוח בדואר ישראל או משלוח עד הבית, בהתאם לאפשרויות ולמחירים המוצגים בסל הקניות לפני התשלום.

ביטול הזמנה והחזרת מוצר

ניתן להודיע על ביטול עסקת מכר מרחוק בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר או ממועד קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה כנדרש בדין, לפי המאוחר, ובהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.

במקרים שבהם החוק מקנה תקופת ביטול ארוכה יותר, לרבות לצרכנים הזכאים לכך ובהתקיים התנאים הקבועים בדין, יחולו הוראות החוק.

כאשר הביטול נובע מחרטה ולא מפגם או אי־התאמה, ניתן לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם. עלות החזרת המוצר תחול על הלקוח, בהתאם לדין.

מוצר פגום, שגוי או שאינו תואם לתיאור

אם התקבל מוצר פגום, מוצר שגוי או מוצר שאינו תואם באופן מהותי לתיאור שהוצג, יש ליצור איתנו קשר. במקרים המזכים בביטול לפי דין לא ייגבו דמי ביטול, והטיפול בהחזרת המוצר יבוצע על חשבון העסק כנדרש.

פריטי וינטג׳, אספנות ואריזות מקוריות

פריטי וינטג׳ ואספנות עשויים להיות משומשים, ישנים, בעלי סימני גיל או בלאי, או להימכר במצב מסוים המתואר מראש. תמונות המוצר והתיאור הם חלק מפרטי העסקה, ומאפיינים שצוינו בבירור לפני הרכישה אינם נחשבים כשלעצמם לפגם חדש.

יש להחזיר את המוצר במצב שבו התקבל, עם האביזרים והאריזה ככל שהדבר אפשרי. שימוש, שינוי או פתיחה החורגים מבדיקה סבירה ועשויים לגרום לירידת ערך ייבחנו בהתאם לדין; אין בכך כדי לגרוע מזכות ביטול שקיימת לפי חוק.

החזר כספי ויצירת קשר

החזר כספי יבוצע בהתאם למועדים ולתנאים הקבועים בדין, באמצעות אמצעי התשלום המקורי ככל שניתן. החזר עבור עסקה ששולמה באמצעות PayPal יטופל באמצעות PayPal.

Shipping & Returns

We want every order to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains international shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds.

International shipping

International orders are available only for the destination countries listed at checkout. Item prices and international shipping charges are displayed in US dollars before payment. Shipping costs may vary by item.

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

14-day returns

You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, you have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the item back. If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.

Damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or the item differs materially from its description, contact us promptly with your order number. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover necessary return shipping where required by applicable law.

Vintage and collectible condition

Vintage and collectible items may be pre-owned and may show age-related wear or imperfections clearly described in the listing and shown in the photographs. Please review the item description and photos before placing your order.

Items should be returned in the condition received, with their accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may affect the refund amount only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, including PayPal, within the period required by applicable law. For customers with statutory withdrawal rights, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required.

No cancellation or restocking fee will be deducted where applicable consumer protection rules prohibit such charges.
